In the space of just one month, about 1,100 people participated in a feast of activities related to One Book One Belmont, the town-wide reading program. The focus was Animal, Vegetable, Miracle: A Year of Food Life by best-selling author Barbara Kingsolver. The events, though, were not just about food – they were about celebrating our community. The Belmont Public Library would like to thank all the individuals and organizations in town who worked together to make the second year of One Book One Belmont such a success.
